You will be able to book your accommodation, when registering for the meeting. Any changes to accommodation booked via the online registration system should be made via the Conference Managers, and not with the Hotel directly.
Preferential rates have been secured at The Star Gold Coast and The Dorsett Gold Coast. Both are a short covered walk from the GCCEC.
It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to Thursday 30 January to ensure you gain the negotiated rates. We are expecting a high demand for delegate accommodation, and would advise you to book early.
Cost – Prices are in Australian Dollars, GST inclusive and are listed as per room, per night and based on single, twin or double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
Breakfast – These preferential room only rates do not include breakfast. Discounted breakfast rates are available when pre-arranged at your hotel on arrival, standard rates apply on consumption.

Within 30 days before hotel arrival date, any night cancelled or subject to a ‘no show’ will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total number of nights cancelled. Final payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge.
