OGSIG are proud to announce that its inaugural meeting will be held as a virtual meeting on Friday 26th March 2021, in association with the ARGANZ Meeting.

An update for all Radiologists reporting on Obstetrics and Gynaecology imaging in the public and private setting, the meeting will cover common dilemmas on modern O&G imaging and will include sessions on ultrasound and MRI.

Registration Terms and Conditions


All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Cancellations made prior to Monday 22 February 2021 will be refunded less $100.00 AUD to cover administration costs. No registration refunds for full cancellations will be made after this date. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details. 

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled outright, the registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 AUD administration fee.  


The O&G Imaging SIG Meeting is being delivered virtually, and as such, the OGSIG Executive and Conference Managers will provide clear guidelines on best operating systems to use for optimum participation in the event for both attendees and sponsors. The Conference Managers will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.


Personal information is collected on behalf of the OGSIG Executive. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation, region/state and email address. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the OGSIG Meeting. This list will not be provided by the OGSIG Executive to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.


OGSIG and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meeting. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive insurance, including insurance for financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the meeting.
