The meeting format for each delegate will be two days of educational content, and attendees can choose to register as an on-site attendee in Brisbane, as a virtual attendee, or for the New Zealand hub.

New Zealand Hub – Auckland

There will be a New Zealand Hub in Auckland on 27 and 28 March 2021 at the QT Auckland.

ARGANZ Pre-Meeting Virtual Workshops

There are optional pre-meeting virtual workshops scheduled for Saturday 13 and Saturday 20 March 2021 for an additional fee and restricted to those registered for the ARGANZ Meeting on 27 and 28 March. This year's workshops will be offered in four sessions. Attendee numbers are limited to 30 for each workshop, and each session is one and a half hours with live Q&A. You are able to register for as many of the workshops as you wish, space permitting.

The ARGANZ Pre-Meeting Virtual Workshops are now fully subscribed.  You are able to put yourself on a waiting list to attend, and we will advise you should a space become available.

Meeting Dinner

We are taking expressions of interest during registration for the Meeting Dinner on Saturday evening in Brisbane, and you will be able to purchase tickets in the New Year should there be sufficient interest and gathering restrictions allow.

CPD Points

12.5 RANZCR CPD points can be claimed for attendance at the ARGANZ Meeting 2021, and 1.5 CPD points for each Pre-meeting Virtual Workshop.

Please note that there are no on-site day registration categories available for the 2021 Meeting, however there are day rates available for virtual attendance.  Should gathering restrictions allow, day registration options may become available for on-site attendance closer to the time of the meeting.

PRE-MEETING VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS

Workshop spaces are strictly limited and are an additional cost to Full Registration. Please note, you must be fully registered for the ARGANZ Meeting on 27 and 28 March in order to register for a workshop session. To be able to obtain your certificate of attendance, you will be required to join online during your scheduled workshop time.  Workshop recordings will not be available on-demand post event.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Cancellations made prior to Monday 15 February 2021 will be refunded less $100.00 AUD to cover administration costs. No registration refunds for full cancellations will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case by case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details.

Should your circumstances change and you wish to attend on-site in Brisbane or Auckland having registered virtually, or, need to change from an on-site registration to a virtual registration for whatever reason, you are able to do so at the current dated early or standard registration rate.  You will be required to either pay, or, will be refunded the difference in registration pricing at the advertised current dated rate (early or standard).

If you have registered to attend on-site in Brisbane or Auckland and your particular venue is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, your registration will be transferred to an early bird virtual registration with the difference in registration cost refunded to you.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled outright, the registration fees will be refunded less a $200.00 AUD administration fee.

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE PLATFORM
Portions of the ARGANZ Meeting are being delivered virtually, and as such, the ARGANZ Executive and Conference Managers will provide clear guidelines on best-operating systems to use for optimum participation in the event for both attendees and sponsors.  The Conference Managers will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.

ON-SITE HEALTH & SAFETY
The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the ARGANZ Executive and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the ARGANZ Executive and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all meeting attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.

Each meeting attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on-site at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the meeting are reported.
  • Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the ARGANZ Executive or a staff member at the meeting Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other meeting delegates and employees.

COVID-19 Awareness
We also ask all on-site delegates to respect these additional Health and Safety guidelines to reduce any unknown transmission of the disease:

DELEGATE LIST
Personal information is collected on behalf of the Organisers. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation and region/state. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the ARGANZ Meeting. This list will not be provided by the ARGANZ Executive to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.

PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO
The ARGANZ Meeting is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at This email address is being protected from spambots. INSURANCE
ARGANZ and the conference managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meeting. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the meeting.
