ARGANZ 2023 will be an on-site meeting in Adelaide on 25 – 26 March. We encourage you to register as an on-site delegate and obtain all the benefits of an in person meeting. On-site delegates will have additional access to some lunch time interactive sessions and the Welcome Function.

Following feedback from past delegates, we are also pleased to offer an option to register as an ‘On-Demand’ delegate. Both on-site and on-demand delegates will be able to access meeting content from 31 March to 3 July, 2023. There will be no live stream of the meeting.

CPD Points and Program

  • 12.5 RANZCR CPD hours can be claimed for attendance at the ARGANZ meeting being held 25-26 March 2023.
  • 6 RANZCR CPD hours can be claimed for attendance at the ESGAR Liver Imaging Workshop being held 24 March 2023.
  • 6 RANZCR CPD hours can be claimed for attendance at the ARGANZ Prostate and Rectum Workshop being held 24 March 2023.

The meeting format for each delegate will be two days of educational content. Attendees can choose to register as an on-site attendee in Adelaide, or to view the content on-demand post meeting. On site delegates will have additional access to some lunch time interactive sessions and the Welcome Function.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION

ESGAR LIVER IMAGING WORKSHOP
One day ESGAR liver imaging workshop with ESGAR faculty members Prof Valerie Vilgrain and Prof Giuseppe Brancatelli. The workshop will be in lecture and case-based discussion format. Workshop spaces are strictly limited, and only available for delegates who are registered for the on-site ARGANZ Meeting on 25 and 26 March. The Workshop is an additional cost to the meeting registration. The workshop will not be available on-demand, post meeting.

ARGANZ FULL DAY WORKHOP
This will be a full day, practical workstation case-based learning experience, with two delegates per workstation, and sessions will cover MRI prostate and rectum. The MRI prostate sessions will be delivered by local faculty and Dr Richenberg, the MRI rectum sessions will be delivered by local faculty. Workshop spaces are strictly limited and only available for delegates who are registered for the on-site ARGANZ Meeting on 25 and 26 March. The Workshop is an additional cost to the meeting registration, and will not be available on-demand, post meeting.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to Monday 13 February 2023 will be refunded less $100.00 AUD to cover administration costs. No registration refunds for workshop cancellations will be made after this date. Should the workshop be cancelled, it will not be delivered as a virtual event, and a refund will be provided less the cost of administration fees.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Events. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST of 10%. Credit card payments are processed via Stripe which is a Level 1 Service Provider and is compliant to PCI DSS Version 3.2. 


REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made prior to Monday 13 February 2023 will be refunded less $100.00 AUD to cover administration costs. No registration refunds for full cancellations will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details.

Should your circumstances change, and you wish to attend on-site in Adelaide having registered as an on-demand delegate, or need to change from an on-site registration to an on-demand registration for whatever reason, you are able to do so at the early or standard registration rate, whichever applies at the time you make the change. You will be required to either pay or will be refunded the difference in registration pricing. From 10 March 2023, if you change from on-site to on-demand attendance for whatever reason, you will not receive a refund for the difference in fees as the meeting will have incurred non-refundable costs for your on-site attendance.

If you have registered to attend on site in Adelaide and the Organisers are unable to hold an on-site meeting due to circumstances out of their control, the meeting will be delivered as a live virtual event and your registration will be transferred to a virtual registration with the difference in registration cost (if applicable) refunded to you.

If for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled outright, the registration fees will be refunded less a $150.00 AUD administration fee.

DELEGATE LIST

Personal information is collected on behalf of the ARGANZ. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation and region/state. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the ARGANZ Meeting. This list will not be provided by the ARGANZ Executive to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.

ON-DEMAND MEETING PLATFORM

The on-demand content of the ARGANZ Meeting 2023 is being delivered post meeting, and as such, the Organisers and Conference Managers will provide clear guidelines on best-operating systems to use for optimum viewing of the on-demand content for attendees. The Conference Managers will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.

PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO

The ARGANZ Meeting is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at This email address is being protected from spambots. INSURANCE

ARGANZ and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meeting. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the meeting.

ON-SITE HEALTH & SAFETY

The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the ARGANZ Executive and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the ARGANZ Executive and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all meeting attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities. Each meeting attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment through:
• Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
• Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on-site at the registration desk.
• Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the meeting are reported.
• Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the ARGANZ Executive or a staff member at the Meeting Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
• Respecting your own personal safety and that of other meeting delegates and employees.
• Stay home if you are unwell, advise the Conference Managers, and switch to an on-demand registration.
• Follow all venue and public health guidelines and regulations.
