The meeting format for each delegate will be two days of educational content. There is an optional workshop (for an additional fee, spaces are limited) scheduled for Friday 27 March 2020, as well as a School of ARGANZ Registrar Breakfast Session on Sunday morning for trainees. In 2020, we will be holding a Meeting Dinner on Saturday evening, and you will be able to purchase tickets via the online registration process.

To amend any registration details, or to cancel your registration, please contact the Conference Managers. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.
***Workshop spaces are strictly limited and are an additional cost to Full Registration. Please note, you must be fully registered for the ARGANZ Meeting in order to register for the workshop.

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Events. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST of 10%. Credit card payments are processed via Stripe which is a Level 1 Service Provider and is compliant to PCI DSS Version 3.2.
Should you wish to register by post/email, please contact the Conference Managers, and a form will be emailed to you. Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your form and fees.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the ARGANZ Executive and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the ARGANZ Executive and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all meeting attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.
Each meeting attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment through:
- Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
- Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on site at the registration desk.
- Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the meeting are reported.
- Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the ARGANZ Executive or a staff member at the meeting Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
- Respecting your own personal safety and that of other meeting delegates and employees.
Personal information is collected on behalf of the Organisers. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation and region/state. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the ARGANZ Meeting. This list will not be provided by the ARGANZ Executive to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.
ARGANZ and the conference managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meeting. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the meeting.
