• Workshop Access

• Cancellation Policy

  All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at fiona@outshine.co.nz.
  Cancellations received on or before the earlybird registration date will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after this date unless your place is filled by another participant.
  If the workshop is postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organising Committee, all registrations will be transferred to the new date. If the workshop is cancelled, registered participants will be offered a refund, less any costs incurred.

• Technology Requirements

  Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a Zoom-compatible device. The organisers will provide clear guidelines to support optimal viewing of the workshop content.
  Please note that the organisers are not responsible for any access issues resulting from technical problems on the participant’s end, and refund requests will not be accepted if the provided viewing guidance is not followed.

• Attendance Certificates

  A certificate of attendance will be emailed as a PDF attachment following the close of the virtual workshop.
